For a max of 50 guests, perhaps The LWC is the perfect setting for an intimate little gathering ...  Below are just a few examples of the many events we have hosted.   *NOTE: All receptions are held outdoors.  During the summer rainy season, June -Sept, with groups 30-50 guests, a large "Event Tent" @ $500" rental is a must have to calm the nerves and to insure a successful event!  Even if it does not rain at your wedding time, understand set up needs to get done hours before, if a passing shower comes through, it can ruin your set up.   Event tent rental companies require a minimum1 week notice to secure a reservation. Additionally, smaller 10x10 festival tents are available for $200 however only recommended for small groups of 20 and under.

 *NOTE:  For general photography on ceremony AND reception designs, you will need a min of 3 hours to cover the key moments of your event.
